prog_leads Each NHS member organisation identifies a senior manager as its Programme Lead. This individual is the operational champion for race equality within that organisation, gathering information on best practice and using that to spur the organisation ever onwards. This process is supported through regular networking events and skills and knowledge-based seminars.
