Purpose:

  1. to create a safe, supportive, yet challenging environment in which to share concerns and identify key issues in relation to race equality and the workforce
  2. to learn from first hand experience from across the programme
  3. to engage, through the use of an action learning set methodology, in active problem solving and forward planning in relation to some of these issues

Target participants:

Anyone whose responsibilities include recruiting, supporting and developing the workforce.
