This is a unique opportunity to explore the progress made by Manchester PCT on the Race for Health Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around Diabetes, as well as comparing how other PCTs are performing in meeting their KPI Pledges.
The aim will be on identifying real solutions to the practical challenges of (in the context of Diabetes), specifically: a) data collection; b) calculating financial spend per head; and c) targeted health interventions aimed at improving the baseline position for BME communities.
The event is targeted specifically at RfH PCT Programme Leads, all staff involved in RfH KPIs: finance, IM&T, public health and primary care teams, so please extend this invitation to colleagues within you PCT, as many of the issues raised may be relevant to them.
The seminar will run from 10am to 3pm and a programme is available below.
