Appreciation Visit - An Organisational Development Review and Plan

The aim of the appreciation visit was to enable participants to review the progress made over the previous year, looking for evidence of progress and to set objectives for the forthcoming year.

The planning of this event was inspired by the Haringey TPCT appraisal framework, using an organisational rather than personal development review and plan.
