The thematic focus for the Review consisted of three interlinked aspects:

  1. Is CMPCT designing a commissioning strategy that will meet the needs of all communities in Manchester?
  2. How effectively is CMPCT engaging with Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities in the development of the strategy?
  3. Is CMPCT effectively using the information sources that it has to inform its commissioning strategies?
