Manchester PCT produces prompt cards for every member of staff

Useful and easy to use

In a bid to increase ethnic monitoring across all services within the organisation, Manchester PCT has produced A5 prompt cards which have been distributed to all frontline staff.
The double sided cards explain what ethnic monitoring is and why it is important. On the other side, staff can view the ethnic group codes according to the ONS Census and in line the new Lorenzo system The new cards have been welcomed by staff.
