A fantastic, free of charge resource.

HARP (health for asylum seekers and refugees portal) has developed is a printable appointment card with free text fields for patient name, practitioner’s name & address, time, date and reference number. Choose from a dropdown list of 30 languages and print. Please pass this information to any colleagues who may benefit.
