Achieving Race For Health Pledges In A Rural Context

A seminar was held on the 16th October to explore the understanding of race equality in the context of rural PCTs.

The event drew together colleagues from a host of PCTs including Suffolk, Norfolk, Devon, North Somerset and Gloucestershire. The discussion focussed around:

how to promote race equality in rural areas;
exploring some of the key issues/challenges;
sharing our examples of good practice in overcoming some of the challenges; and identifying solutions together.
