NHS Confederation and Royal College of Nursing : Black and Minority Ethnic Forum
The NHS Confederation and the Royal College of Nursing have established a new national forum to help drive the development of black and minority ethnic (BME) leadership and ensure a stronger voice for BME leaders and managers in the NHS. The forum will:
- listen to and collate the views of members to inform and shape development programmes being developed nationally
- listen to views to influence policy
- speak out on diversity issues and the wider policy agenda
- provide national networking opportunities to support members' development
