Home Office: Consultation: Strength in Diversity - Towards a Community Cohesion and Race Equality Strategy

The Government aims to develop a Community Cohesion and Race Equality Strategy, which will be launched in the autumn of 2004. This pamphlet, published in June 2004, sets out the Government’s analysis of the issues and challenges that need to be addressed through the strategy. It invites discussion and debate and is supported by a range of consultation events and workshops.
