A Standards Framework for Language Support Services in London
This document is a part of the Capacity Building Phase of London Health Commission's Language and Communication Support Services Project. It is one of the four final outputs that have been produced for the project, which include:
- The Report of the LSS Capacity Building Project
- The LSS Quality and Capacity Development Strategy and Delivery Plan
- A Resource Guide for LSS in public services
This standards document will facilitate improvements in design, management and delivery of language support services. It is provided as a tool for development and change to enable public services to develop language support that is fit for the purpose it is intended to serve and underpinned by the principles outlined in the Strategy Paper .
