You can find out the gender as early as 7 weeks if you get the blood work done to see if your baby will have down syndrome. If you choose not to do that test the soonest you can tell by ultra sound is 12 weeks. My obgyn did the blood test for us with my last pregnancy and we found out before the 12 weeks.
